KLCI LIKELY SUPPORTED AT 1065 FOR NEXT 2 YEARS REBOUND !
STOCTOUCH research shows that 1065 is a very solid and important support for KLCI. It is very crucial to see KLCI being supported at 1065 for the next 3 months.

CPO - WILL CRUEL OIL LEAD CPO TO REBOUND ?
When Cruel Oil turned to a serious correction for last few weeks, Cruel Palm Oil (CPO) followed the dip.
Technically, Cruel Oil may continue to rebound. CPO is likely to follow Cruel Oil to rebound.
FCPO, the plantation derivative, show a turning point. But it still has to break RM 2,766 for further upward strength.
Therefore some trading opportunities are found on Plantation Big Caps such as IOICORP, KLK and SIME, they have made handsome rebound today.

KINSTEL (5060) - PROXY FOR PERWAJA DOENS'T WORK !
20082008, 20/08/2008, regional bourses had a good rebound in this special day of the century. Yep, KLCI made a slight rebound closed at 1,073.21 (+3.79). The disappointed part is PERWAJA listed today with huge selling down, closed at RM 2.48 (-0.42).
The proxy, ie. KINSTEL is still holding at overnite level, closed at RM 1.06 (+0.01). It was not affected by PERWAJA selling pressures.

CHINA COMPOSITE ON RECOVERY TRACK AFTER OLYMPICS ?
Since Oct 2007, China Composite is sliding down like no support. Lately, China government has initiated some stimulus steps for boosting the economy and capital market. A total of RMB 200 billion to RMB 400 billion will be allocated for the concern. This may translate to, China Composite is ready to recover in near term, could be after Beijing Olympics.

The authority cuts fuel prices up to 5.3% to spur consumer spending (C), therefore lifting the consumer spending will help to boost the GDP of the country.
Furthermore, the capital market authority takes the initiative to loosen share trade band to boost market activity. " Trading band will be widened to plus or minus 5% for shares and fund units from next Monday, from +/- 3% now. On the same day the band on the over-the-counter Hanoi Securities Trading Centre will also widen to +/- 7% from +/- 4% now.... ".
The government has also raised economic forecast up to 7% - 8 %.
