Our planet is getting sick as a result of human needs and activities. As a layman, knowing the ecology is polluted, but don't understand much how ecology system works, therefore surfing the net for the ecology system information.
Industrial, agricultural, forestry, and transportation are generating pollutants for fulfilling human needs and necessities. Digging the earth for commodities such as petroleum, metal, coal and etc results surface anthropomorphic transformation. Subsidence and surface movements have been the reason of surface deformation, infrastructure and building's damages.
Global warming will have a devastating affect to all humanity. Some places are getting extreme cold while the other are getting extreme hot. Some places are having too much rain (flash flood) while the other are getting dry out. Some even questions end of the world issue for abnormal phenomenons around.
How are we going to save our planet earth?
Out of sudden, have this thought to share. As a free thinker, my weird theory pop-up in mind while driving and caught in traffic jammed.
Do you watch Matrix, The Movie? Agent Smith says " Human beings are a disease, a cancer of this planet... ". How true these words are? It is undeniable that world population increases over the years. Increasing number of human beings lifts the rate of natural resources consumption and utilization. Natural resources shortage and global food crisis are the main threats for futures.

Knowing our human activities have resulted the issues. We all are working hard to reduce, reuse and recycle and develop green technology to remedy the global issues. If the question asked, What are the "causes" of these effects? Are human beings the correct answer?
Imagine Scenario A : Elder couple XX has 3 children and elder couple YY has 3 children. Growing up, 3 marries with 3, and each young couple has another 3 children. How many human beings around for the 3rd generation ? It is 9. Four persons in first generation turns to be nine persons in third generation. Imagine the multiply effect of world population over centuries.
Imagine Scenario B : Elder couple XX has 2 children and eldre couple YY has 2 children. Growing up, 2 marries with 2, and each young couple has another 2 children. How many human beings around for the 3rd generation ? It is 4. Four persons in first generation turns to be four persons in third generation.
Two children is seems the formula to preserve the existence of human beings, and to minimize the natural resources shortage issue (Correct me if i am wrong as i am not professional in this issue).
Can world population be controlled and maintained in such manner? Unless the couples around the world are committing to such a formula.
